Bacon, Beer, and Cheese Sloppy Joes

Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef, and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
Pour in the beer, ketchup, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Stir well to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Allow the mixture to simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Stir in the cooked bacon pieces and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
Spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto the toasted hamburger buns.
Serve the Bacon, Beer, and Cheese Sloppy Joes hot and enjoy!
