Bakery-Style Peach Muffins

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cavities with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; the batter should be slightly lumpy.
Gently fold in the diced peaches until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
If desired, sprinkle the tops of the muffins with a little turbinado sugar for added sweetness and crunch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy these bakery-style Peach Muffins warm or at room temperature as a delightful treat for breakfast or snack time!
