Bubblegum Cloud Fudge

1. Prepare the Tin:
• Line a 9×9-inch square baking tin with parchment paper to facilitate easy removal of the fudge later.
2. Melt Chocolate Mixture:
• In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
• Microwave the mixture in 40-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
3. Add Flavors and Colors:
• Stir in bubble-gum flavoring and vanilla extract to infuse that classic candy taste.
• Optionally, divide the mixture into separate bowls and add white and pink food gels for a marbled effect.
4. Combine with Marshmallows:
• Gently fold in mini marshmallows to evenly distribute them throughout the mixture.
5. Pour and Chill:
• Pour the fudgy mixture into the prepared tin, using a spatula to smooth the top.
• Sprinkle the top generously with confetti rainbow sprinkles for a festive touch.
• Refrigerate for about 2 hours until the fudge is firm and set.
6. Serve:
• Once set, lift the fudge out of the tin using the edges of the parchment paper.
