Put the chopped onions and red bell peppers in the pan and cook them until they are soft and see-through, for about 5 minutes.

Put the chopped garlic in and cook for one more minute until it smells good.

 

Prepare the spinach.

Slowly put the cut spinach into the pan. Keep stirring until the spinach shrinks and softens, which should take around 3-4 minutes.
