Classic Meatloaf on a Cool, Rainy Day

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped celery, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, egg, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients together until well combined, but avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve slices of the classic meatloaf with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, green beans, or a simple salad.
Enjoy the cozy warmth and comforting flavors of this timeless dish on a rainy day! 🌧️🥩
