Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix until well blended.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through. Stuff each pocket with the cream cheese mixture.
In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs with milk, and crushed Doritos.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with crushed Doritos.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the Doritos coating is crispy and golden.
Serve hot and enjoy!
