Garlic Steak Tortellini

Instructions:
Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the thinly sliced steak with salt and black pepper to taste.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the seasoned steak slices to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides and cooked to your desired level of doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Remove the cooked steak from the skillet and set aside.
Deglaze the skillet with beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Return the cooked steak slices to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic-infused broth.
Add the cooked cheese tortellini to the skillet with the steak and toss gently to combine.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve the Garlic Steak Tortellini hot, with grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
Enjoy this delicious and comforting pasta dish as a satisfying meal any day of the week! 🍽️
