Italian Tortellini Pasta Salad

Instructions:
Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Let it cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and cooled tortellini, halved cherry tomatoes, diced bell pepper, thinly sliced red onion, fresh mozzarella balls, sliced pepperoncini, salami strips, and chopped fresh herbs.
Pour zesty Italian dressing over the salad ingredients, starting with about 1/2 cup, and toss gently to coat everything evenly. Add more dressing as needed to reach your desired level of flavor and moisture.
