Juicy Grilled Steak Kabobs

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, crushed garlic, Dale’s Steak Seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
Marinate the Steak: Place the steak cubes in a large bowl or ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the meat and toss to ensure all pieces are coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to 350°F (175°C).
Assemble the Kabobs: Thread the marinated steak and chopped vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
Grill the Kabobs: Place skewers on the grill. Grill each side for about 3-4 minutes, turning until all sides are well-grilled and meat reaches desired doneness.
Rest the Meat: Optional but recommended — once removed from the grill, wrap the kabobs in foil and let rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
