4 ears of corn, husks removed
1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled (or Parmesan as a substitute)
1 teaspoon chili powder, plus more for garnish
1 lime, cut into wedges
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Salt to taste
