Mushroom Cheeseburger Casserole

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Set aside an 8×8 inch baking dish.
Add beef and salt to a high-sided pan over high heat. Cook until browned.
Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are shrunken and liquid has evaporated.
Transfer mixture to baking dish. Stir in goat cheese and 2/3 of swiss cheese. Top with scallions and remaining swiss cheese.
Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
