Juicy Grilled Steak Kabobs

Juicy Grilled Steak Kabobs

Ingredients:
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons Dale’s Steak Seasoning
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red onion, cut into large pieces
4-6 metal skewers or 6-8 wooden skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes prior to use)
