Bakery-Style Peach Muffins
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups fresh or canned peaches, diced (about 2 medium peaches)
Turbinado sugar for sprinkling (optional)
