Casserole de Espinacas y Huevo

8 eggs

1 group of fresh spinach, washed and cut into pieces

1 spoon of olive oil

1/4 cup of chopped onion

 

1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper.

3-4 pieces of garlic, finely chopped

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

 

Instructions:

Heat the oven before using it.

Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) before baking to make sure it’s the right temperature for a perfect result.

Get the vegetables ready.

Warm up some olive oil in a big frying pan on medium heat.
